Your role

A number of years ago, we launched a new Business Line, the 'Treasury Management for Financial Institution(s)', TM4FI, team. A team of consultants bringing together all our expertise in Finance, IT, Risk and Treasury for the Financial Institution market. There is increasing interest in our Treasury Technology services within Financial Institutions and we are now looking to expand with Murex specialists.

As a Consultant, you will work in our Treasury Management for Financial Institutions team, which acts as a bridge between the Corporates and Financial Institutions teams and consists of high-qualified Consultants. With this team, we are establishing a new and dedicated team with specific focus on Murex projects within the various banks in the Dutch market. The goal is to deliver the best possible combination of products and services to our clients.

This role will bring you a variety of tasks and responsibilities:

You are the bridge within the Risk, Finance and IT domains, with a specific focus on Treasury processes.
You will deliver solutions for our clients, but you are also responsible for the development of our Treasury Services within the Financial Institutions market.
You will advise clients, manage projects independently and be a sparring partner in the field of financial and risk IT driven processes for the departments focused on Treasury Management, Cash Management, Payments, Portfolio Management, Finance and Risk.
You perform gap analyses, implement new products and processes. You also draft and review financial and risk report processes
You will cooperate with your colleagues in business development by visiting clients, organising seminars and speaking at (international) conferences.

Skills to be successful

Master’s degree Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in in the financial sector (banks, insurers or asset managers) or at a consultancy firm.
Experience with Murex system.
Strong interests in data-analytics and (functional) process analyses.
Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
Aspiration to work in a dynamic niche consultancy.
Pro-active and entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on team work.
Open to travel, mainly within the Netherlands.
